I love the word metamorphosis. It's a word that conjures images of little green striped caterpillars and cocoons and emerging butterflies with glorious wings.

Life coaching can be like a metamorphosis. You go into it thinking one thing and when you come out you are still you, but better - with wings.  Ok, maybe not real wings, but wings that can be made of material such as confidence, purpose, high vibration, alignment, focused, ready, excited, ON FIRE!
