Energetic Response Assessment - a 20-minute, digital assessment, that will help us uncover your energetic code, and determine how your energy responds when unavoidable life stressors are introduced to your day-to-day world.
Email support - because we all need a little extra help now and then.
Tiny Rituals - You will receive seasonal Tiny Ritual boxes specifically curated to match the pillars of the program

In month 1, we will meet weekly, each conversation lasting 45 minutes. Months 2-12, we will meet once a month for 75 minutes.
