"Imagine It" workbook - where you will spend time between sessions exploring thoughts and ideas that need space to come into the light.
Energetic Response Assessment - a 20-minute, digital assessment, that will help us uncover your energetic code, and determine how your energy responds when unavoidable life stressors are introduced to your day to day world.
Email support - because we all need a little extra help now and then.
Weekly journal prompts customized for what you are working on.
Additional resources such as recommended reading, podcasts, videos, etc.

life transformation
12 private sessions within a 6-month period: Each session is 75 minutes, with the exception of 1 energetic response debrief session, which will be 90 minutes.
Total Price $3000
or 6 payments of $500 per month
This package is for you if you are ready to unearth your gifts and incredible power. I also recommend this for folks who are looking at a big change in their lives - starting a business, changing careers, relationship status change, etc.
In order to provide the highest quality service to all of my clients, I limit this to only 12 clients per year. I open my calendar between February and November each year.
life exploration
6 sessions within a 3-month period. We will meet for 60 minutes each session, with the exception of 1, 90-minute session for the debrief of the energetic response assessment.
Total Price: $1200
or 3 payments of $400 per month
This package is for you if you are returning to coaching with me after a break or if there is an immediate need for support.
I open this program up for 4 women, between February and June, and then again in August through November.
